Fairfax Map with Flood Zones and Emergency TrailsThis is the second version of the complete map of Fairfax including the state of all right-of-ways in town. On Earth Day (April 22, 2006) we will head out to work on clearing the trails and scheduling future work parties! We have presented the entire map here as a complete plate which extends outside the browser window. Simply use the scroll bars on your browser window to locate your home and make a note of flood zones or emergency trails nearby. Over the coming weeks, the presentation of and features contained on this map will be refined and your feedback is both welcome and needed! To contribute, or to be included in one of our work parties, please send your comments to John Reed, Chair of the Fairfax Volunteer Board: fairfaxvolunteers@earthlink.net NOTE: We have presented the routes as they were originally laid out along with the parcels. To complete the picture, we have also taken the liberty to add routes that are commonly used at this time. If you cannot see the map below, you may also download a copy of the Farfax map (PDF Format: 9.2 Mb). |
