The Second Annual (2007) Town-Wide Picnic

The 2007  Picnic  featured a Beatles Tribute with The Lillypudlians, Community Art with Artist in Residence Shoshana Parry, Dusty's Puppet Show, a Van Painting project, a Fairfax Trailmarkers station, a Dunk Tank, games including a Water Balloon Toss, Sack Races, Egg Race, Pie-Eating Contest and the Tug-o-War, PLUS Temporary Tattoos, Face Painting,  a Bouncy and more!

The Fairfax Volunteers is a town-sponsored group whose mission is to foster good will in the Town of Fairfax through implementation of a Volunteer Program that will meet Town and community needs. The Fairfax Volunteers Program Advisory Board Members are: John Reed, Holly Dines, Melanie Peratis, Anya Schandler, Tim Barrett, Lana Pereyaslavska, and David Johansen. The Advisory Board meets the fourth Monday of every month at 7:00pm at the Fairfax Community Center (check Town bulletin board for changes).
